Teacher Trainees from the Volta Sector of the Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana (TTAG VOLTA) has been involved in a gory accident on the Eastern Corridor road.
The Accident occurred at about 8:00pm on April 25,2018 around Nkwanta in the Volta Region while using the Eastern Corridor road to Pusiga in the Upper East Region to attend the 23rd Annual General Assembly of the Teacher Trainees Association of Ghna (TTAG) hosted by the Gbewaa College Of Education.
The Trainees were coming from the Amedzope E. P College Of Education ,where they had their Sector General Assembly.

EducationGhana.net is reliably Informed that some 6 students were injured and sent to a nearby hospital as at the time of filing this report.
Meanwhile, the President of the SRC of Gbewaa College Of Education had a motor accident few weeks to the General Assembly being hosted by his College few weeks ago which led to his untimely death.
The Eastern Corridor road which become a major issue of public concern for the past years had become a political gymnastic being used by politicians while innocent souls are being lost by day.
