Some 35 Students of the Oti Senior High SSchool at Koforidua in the Eastern Region who were reported to have been hospitalized over food poisoning have been treated and discharged from the hospital.
According to latest revelations from the School, thirteen of them were discharged before mid-day of May, 16 while the rest were discharged in the evening.

At the Regional Hospital, the students were seen waiting for a school vehicle to pick them back to school.
Teams from the New Juaben Municipal Health Directorate and the Regional Directorate of the Food and Drugs Authority are investigating the cause of the food poisoning which sent thirty five of the students to the Eastern Regional Hospital in Koforidua for medical treatment.
