Reality of FCUBE Implementation in Schools
The Free Compulsory and Universal Basic Education (FCUBE) policy which was implemented in 2005 to allow all School going Children to attend Basic for free is still under a questionable nature.
Since the implementation of the policy, public basic schools continuesly reduce their superiority in producing the best of pupils as compared to the Private School pupils at the Basic level .A situation that has led to schools defiling the orders of the GES and FCUBE to charge pupils for levies to be used to run the schools.
