The Ghana Education Service says it has not given any green light for the recruitment of teachers.This information is contrary to earlier reports which stated the GES has announced vacancies for teachers.
In the earlier reports,it has been quoted that a Regional Director saying the service has asked them to recruit new teachers.This led to the offices of the GES being flooded with applications from suitable applicants.
The service however says no vacancy has been declared.
