Registration numbers of Newly posted teachers at the Ghana Education Service have been released .This comes after a long waiting by the teachers who were posted from the various Colleges of Education in the Country.

The teachers who were posted to various basic schools in the country were working without registration numbers and Staff Identification Numbers,a condition that will make it impossible for them to be paid their salaries.

Meanwhile there are still some students who are still awaiting postings to their various schools in the country.The release of the registration numbers is an assurance that their salaries are one foot ahead od being paid.
The teachers are waiting for heir staff Identification numbers as well as financial clearance from the Finance Ministry to enable the Controller and Accountant General’s Department to pay them their salaries.
All newly posted teachers should contact their various Colleges of Education for further information regarding their registration numbers.
