The Ghana Education Service will soon be divided into two divisions namely the Teaching Division and the Management Division.
The teaching division will be made up of only teachers to occupy the various classrooms in the Basic and Second Cycle Institutions while the Management Division will be made up of The Human Resource Management, Accountants, Clerical Officers ,Bursars and other services required to operate in the offices of the Ghana Education Service and the Schools under the Ghana Education Service .
The division became necessary due to the difficulty the Ghana Education Service faces in the recruitment of staff to occupy the Management level as all recruits are only interested in the teaching without prior knowledge of other vacant positions in the various departments.
It is therefore prudent that Applicants can apply to the Management Division when vacancies are opened in the Ghana Education Service.
