Teachers under the Ghana Education Service are expected to fill fill a form put together by tier 2 pension managers; PENSION ALLIANCE TRUST to enable the said managers form a database for the contributors of the tier 2 pension scheme.
Members of the Scheme shall be given the opportunity to choose their next of kins or beneficiaries to their funds should the unfortunate happen.
Members of the Scheme will be notified monthly on what has come of their contribution through the information they shall provide on the form especially through email. This will help members to appreciate their share of the total investment of their tier 2 contribution.
The forms could be downloaded at the website of the managers of the scheme.

QUALIFICATION:
One must contribute for 180 months to qualify to benefit from from the scheme. Normally, 3 best months or one step below current position like P/S will receive SSII.
WAYS OF of BENEFITING:
SSSNT will pay monthly pensions pay and PAT will pay lump sum once of your contributions and percentage contributions investment.

2.Early retirement.
3.Foreighner leaving country for good. 4.Retirement.
