Barring any hitches, the National Council for Tertiary Education (NCTE) and partners will by next academic year introduce a new curriculum for teacher training.
This is to ensure the same standards in all of Ghana’s Colleges of Education.
Speaking at the third National Teacher Education curriculum forum in Accra, the Programmes Manager of T-TEL, Akwasi Addae Boahene, said gaps in the curriculum requires the review to ensure that a framework that conforms to the educational vision of the country, is in place.
